Hill Country Authors Series, sponsored by the Friends of the Georgetown Public Library, kicks off its 2025 season with Sherry Thomas discussing her latest novel, A Ruse of Shadows.
Eighth in her acclaimed Lady Sherlock Holmes series, A Ruse of Shadows continues the saga of Charlotte Holmes, the lady sleuth whose exceptional deductive reasoning powers and her razor keen intellect solve mysteries in London during the immensely rigid Victorian era.
Refreshments, provided by Sweet Lemon Kitchen are included in the admission price. Lark and Owl Booksellers will be on hand to sell copies of the book, which the author will be happy to sign.
